What I Offer
In the future, I will be offering a wide range of prenatal, birthing & postpartum services to meet the needs of every client. When I complete my certification, I will be able to accept most major insurances as well! Have something else in mind? Let’s talk about it!

I can give you flexible, non-medical, virtual and/or in-person support when you need it. I’m here to offer information for you to make educated decisions about your birthing plan, answer any questions you may have about nutrition, exercise, birth, babies or just life in general after baby. Let me know what you need to be successful!

As your labor doula I can offer continuous, non-medical, emotional & physical support throughout the duration of your labor & delivery. I can help you try different positions to stay as comfortable as possible, as well as other gentle pain management methods to help you achieve your birthing goals.

As your postpartum doula I can provide flexible, non-medical, virtual or in-person support when you need it. I can help with dishes, laundry, or anything you need to help you relax & heal. I can offer information on newborn and postpartum care including but not limited to; diapering, feeding, postpartum depression and coping. And I would love to connect you to any resources available to help you succeed in this new season of life!

As your lactation counselor I can offer flexible, virtual and/or in-person support ranging from education and feeding planning to problem-solving and personalized support for any issues that may arise during your breastfeeding journey. These focused consultations can help clarify your goals, identify any roadblocks & address them accordingly. I also would love to connect you with information and resources to help you succeed to the best of your ability!
